Great|Recommended: YesI would highly recommend this property.
Nice place to live, friendly staff.|Recommended: YesThe building is very nice and maintained well. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Pretty much has all the amenities you'd want. Less expensive than most comparable buildings in the area. The only two negatives are 1 you can hear your neighbors either through the door or the ceiling due to hardwood floors. 2 In the 2 years I have lived there they have yet to clean the outside of the windows. Overall, I would recommend living here.
Great place to live|Recommended: Yesvery nice place to live, i wish the pool opened earlier
Overall good|Recommended: YesThe front desk is always nice and the amenities are great. But, the elevators are SO slow its ridiculous, coming home after a 14 hour shift and waiting for an elevator for 10 minutes is absurd. Also there have been multiple times when there have been loud and obnoxious people in the halls after 2am, making noise for hours. Not ok.
Awesome Place|Recommended: YesGreat Location value
1 problem is elevators|Recommended: YesI love living in this building. My only complaint is the elevators are PAINFULLY slow. Residents have started pressing both buttons no matter which direction they're going because they think they were installed backwards. It's a mess that everyone has begged to get fixed but no changes have been made and I've lived here almost 2 years.
Virginia Square Towers|Recommended: YesReally need to fix the package delivery process for the South Tower. A little ridiculous that packages are just left in a room and pickups are on an honor system, have lost a package because of this process Also need to update your computers, I constantly get notifications on packages I have already picked up. Should at least have a concierge or desk person in the south tower as is in the main tower.
Overall good experience with VST minus several complaints |Recommended: YesLiving at VST has overall been a pleasant experience to date on the living experience plus the abundant amenities. The monthly rent cost is a little pricey, but that comes with living in one of the newer apartments in Arlington. Several complaints I have repetitively told management about are the following 1. The concierges rarely ever say hello or good evening . In fact, I find myself greeting them when it is actually their job to greet me. They are typically tucked behind their Apple computer watching a Netflix show rather than doing their jobs. The one exception from this complaint is Victor, as he does a wonderful job of saying good morning and goes out of his way to talk with all residents. 2. I find myself telling the concierges about the hot temperature in the gym, yet nothing has been done. A comfortable workout temperature should be kept below 68 or 70 degrees. Myself and other residents have to cut workouts short due to the temperature that the room is kept at. Aside from those two constant complaints, which I hope to see movement on, I would refer VST to a friend and have found it an overall pleasant experience.
Thank you for sharing your detailed review of Virginia Square Towers. I will escalate both of these issues to our property manager so that we can work to provide you with a great community for you to call home. The Resident Manager will be in touch with you soon.
VST can be the best place for you in DC area|Recommended: YesVST has various facilities and good communities around Clarendon. Also, staffs are really friendly and kind. However, several times I've heard noise after midnight during weekend. Even though noise, VST is really good place for you who look for new apartment in DC area.
Thank you for sharing your review of Virginia Square Towers, we hope we can continue to provide you with a great place to live.
Great luxury apartment|Recommended: YesFriendly, always available front desk staff. Always very well kept. You can hear everything from the hallway, but NOTHING from your neighbors, no matter how loud their party sounds from the hallway, silent once inside. Spacious apartments. Nice view if you face Fairfax.
Overall, a nice place to live|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed living here so far.
Very nice building |Recommended: YesEverything is great however, the building only allows a maximum of 2 keys per 1 bedroom apartment.
Very happy with the apartment complex|Recommended: YesIt is very nice living here. People are friendly, the amenities are kept up very well and there is a lot to do in the building. The location is perfect. It is on the pricier end, but you get so much with the price. Utilities are very affordable. Overall an extremely gret experience thus far.
Awesome Apartment home |Recommended: YesThis is a beautiful community and will recommend it anytime. Well kept, state of the art fixtures decorations, state of the art gym equipments and clean environment. There is a new Management Staff that are extremely nice and always willing to help. The neighborhood is very serene, peaceful and accessible in terms of transportation. I do not consider it too pricey when you compare it with the amenities that come with this community, for example, it's newly built with modern amenities less than 4 yrs old , the nearness to Clarendon, rental car opportunity, compared to other communities in the neighborhood that do not have such amenities and old. Shout out to the new management, Angie, Claire and other staff s on the team for all the wonderful things they are doing to make Virginia Square Towers a great place to live I say, Thank you
Of course where you lives matters |Recommended: YesI lived in this interesting Appartment for almost 8 months, I don't have any major issues except enjoying the convenience. The front desk are friendly and helpful especially for a person who has mobility issue and disability like me. I want to thank Mohammed for his professional gift . The maintenance guys are organized and act fast to deal with request. I only have a difficulty obtaining parking for my home care who gives me help for limited hours. Great to be a part of quite and clean community.
