|Recommended: YesVery nice building — Everything is great however, the building only allows a maximum of 2 keys per 1 bedroom apartment.
|Recommended: YesVery happy with the apartment complex — It is very nice living here. People are friendly, the amenities are kept up very well and there is a lot to do in the building. The location is perfect. It is on the pricier end, but you get so much with the price. Utilities are very affordable. Overall an extremely gret experience thus far.
|Recommended: YesAwesome Apartment home — This is a beautiful community and will recommend it anytime. Well kept, state of the art fixtures decorations, state of the art gym equipments and clean environment. There is a new Management Staff that are extremely nice and always willing to help. The neighborhood is very serene, peaceful and accessible in terms of transportation. I do not consider it too pricey when you compare it with the amenities that come with this community, for example, it's newly built with modern amenities less than 4 yrs old , the nearness to Clarendon, rental car opportunity, compared to other communities in the neighborhood that do not have such amenities and old. Shout out to the new management, Angie, Claire and other staff s on the team for all the wonderful things they are doing to make Virginia Square Towers a great place to live I say, Thank you
|Recommended: YesOf course where you lives matters — I lived in this interesting Appartment for almost 8 months, I don't have any major issues except enjoying the convenience. The front desk are friendly and helpful especially for a person who has mobility issue and disability like me. I want to thank Mohammed for his professional gift . The maintenance guys are organized and act fast to deal with request. I only have a difficulty obtaining parking for my home care who gives me help for limited hours. Great to be a part of quite and clean community.
|Recommended: YesClean, friendly staff, centrally located — Friendly staff, centrally located, a bit expensive, beautiful amenities.
|Recommended: YesLove it — I am so happy living at VST. The staff helped me so much when I moved in and I was really grateful It is a beautiful building and they keep it really nice.
|Recommended: NoVST - Mostly good but also some bad — Good place overall. Few bad things the elevator beeping is way too noisy in the middle of night. Trash chute is too noisy as well. Noise from neighboring apartments is also louder than desirable.
|Recommended: YesNo word can describe how AMAZING it is — Yes, its one of the more expensive choices in the Arlington area, but your monthly rent is going towards peace of mind, great amenities and a very helpful staff. As someone who works nights, I was looking at a place that was quiet during the day. When VST advertised they have Concrete, Noise-Reducing Walls I was a bit hesitant how well that was. Ive been here for a few months and I've heard absolutely no noise while sleeping during the day. Its so nice to come home and know I can get a solid 8 hours of sleep. Yes, you'll hear noise if someone is walking down the hallway talking, but its an apartment complex and can't really complain about that. The amenities are top notch from the gym to the pool and the game room. No issue getting parking and the front desk is phenomenal going above and beyond what they are asked to do. Packages are a breeze to get and never have to worry about losing some. Again, you get what you pay for and its worth every penny.
|Recommended: YesThe property is very clean and quiet. — A lovely community within close proximity to the many things to do in Clarendon and the DC area.
|Recommended: YesLiking apartment a lot so far — Great amenities, clean and homey feel, very impressed with green energy provided
|Recommended: YesGreat Staff, Great Location — The facility is quite impressive. The apartments are clean, modern. The front desk is second to none Maintenance responds quickly and appropriately. The rent is decent for the location, right on the Va Square metro stop - close to grocery shopping, restaurants and bars and other retail. The gym is excellent for an apartment exercise area and will save money on an unnecessary gym membership. I thoroughly enjoyed living there and would have renewed had it not been for a corporate relocation. Highly recommended
|Recommended: YesVery Nice — VST is a very well maintained and is a top-notch community.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Property - Great Staff — This is easily one of the best properties in the Arlington area. The front desk staff are always welcoming and full of energy. The apartments are clean and modern. The energy efficient appliances kept our electric bill at about 30 for a 2 bedroom and water about 3. Security patrols the hallways and garage 24 hours a day so safety is great The only downfall I've had is the space. You pay a lot for a little We are moving because they went up on rent.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments, Small Pool, No Community Events — I think the apartments themselves are great. The finishes are nice, we love the energy saving appliances and windows and we are comfortable here. Would maybe like more closet storage area. The pool area is painfully too small and it's become very discouraging to enjoy a day by the pool unless you get out there by 10am when it opens. More lounge chairs and banning people from reserving chairs for people not present is needed desperately. I also wish there were events in the club room for the apartment buildings so that we could meet our neighbors.
Thank you for sharing your review of Virginia Square Towers. Our manager will be reaching out to you soon so that we can work to resolve some of these issues. We hope we can continue to meet your expectations and provide you with a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesReview — It's been a hotel like experience. Been one of the best renting experience yet.
