Amazing Living Experiencesubmitted by Miquel A. - |Recommended: YesIt has been a great experience living at the Virginia Square towers from the first day. I could not be more satisfied.
Excellent. Glad I live heresubmitted by Joseph D. - |Recommended: YesWonderful place, perfect location for commuting and shopping, nice staff. Highly recommend.
Great location, new building, beautiful amenities. submitted by Lindsi L. - |Recommended: YesThe location is the best part about living here. Because it is situated between Ballston and Clarendon, everything in both neighborhoods is a short walk away, and I love being a block from the metro. The amenities pool, common areas, gym are beautiful and I've gotten great use out of them. The building is brand new so it is updated and clean.
Great Apartment Buildingsubmitted by William D. - |Recommended: YesAwesome spot with great amenities. Best apartment building I have seen in the area.

The epitome of luxury, style and comfortsubmitted by Shauna K. - |Recommended: YesPeople liken the lobby to a W Hotel. The pool, business center, common areas, BBQ area and the gym are always enjoyable and I love the design and decor. The features in the apartment that make it especially nice to me are the glass tiles behind the stove, the beautiful counter tops and flooring, ample closet space, the energy efficient cooling and heating, and best of all are the nearly floor to ceiling windows. The proximity to the Metro is something I take advantage of often. Tons of stores, bars, farmers markets, library, Balston bus depot and restaurants are a short walk.
Very nice clean propertysubmitted by Winderlyn T. - |Recommended: YesIt's nice to live here. Nice neighbors and walking distance to everything.
Nice, luxury feeling, but with some sacrifices submitted by Robert L. - |Recommended: YesVirginia Square Towers is a nice, luxury looking property. Apartments are clean, with nice new amenities, and floor to ceiling windows that bring in tons of light. Friendly concierge, and friendly workers for the most part. For the money, however, it's a bit unfortunate because it seems as though they did what they could to make the apartment as nice looking as possible, but cut corners in the basics that are just as important. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors if they have a TV on. The water pressure in the bathroom is beyond abysmal. The air conditioner is controlled so it won't take up too much energy - therefore not getting cold enough. This, in my opinion, isn't fair to the occupant. The elevators are constantly out of sync, and you end up waiting 15 minutes for them. I understand this is a brand new complex, so the kinks need to be ironed out. All in all I would recommend the complex, but bathroom water pressure and a solid air conditioner are very important to me, which is why I can't see myself living here long term unless fixed.

Great placesubmitted by Jared R. - |Recommended: YesLove the place. Only issue is that leasing department is terrible. Moving in was a nightmare.

Good Building With Strong Amenities, But Could Be Improvedsubmitted by Matthew V. - |Recommended: YesThe building is a nice building. It has a great gym, nice pool with grills in a courtyard, and a gigantic club room areas. It also has a business center for printing, which is helpful. The rooms are nice with a variety of layouts. My main complaint with the layout I have the dual balcony makes little sense. The layout should probably have included one balcony and put more of that space into the living spaces. The biggest complaints I've had are that noise is fairly audible from outside the office, but it isn't worse than other apartments I've lived in. The other is that the elevators always seem to be slow because one has gone down for a day.
response from property -Thank you for sharing your review of Virginia Square Towers, we will continue to work to improve your residency at Virginia Square Towers.
I'm thinking not to renew my leasesubmitted by Alejandro V. - |Recommended: NoThe building is very modern, the lounge is beautiful and big but there are some issues I can't stand anymore. First, the elevators. In the mornings you have to wIt from 3 to 5 minutes to get one and last Friday 07 24 15 we receive an email saying that one elevator is out of service understandable but in fact the next day was working only one elevator. Second, the pool. They built the pool between two 12 stories towers facing east and west respectively, so you are lucky if you have 2 hours of sun per day. Third, maintenance. You put a request and they don't come to your apartment after 3 messages to the concierge. Fourth and not less disgusting, our Saturday newspaper and coupons disappear in three occasions.

Look No Further for Your Next Apartment submitted by Anh-Kim N. - |Recommended: YesI was apartment searching, using Craigslist, websites, and that Apartment book you can find at metro stop news stands. After booking some appointments with potential candidates, I was a bit disappointed. Until I toured Virginia Square Towers I knew I needed to live here. The building was just finished last Summer, so everything is brand new. Amenities are great I use the building gym when Ballston's Gold's Gym is full, which is quite often . Staff is amazing. I love my apartment Sometimes you can faintly hear your neighbors, but it's not because the walls are paper thin. It's because it comes along with living in an apartment complex you're going to hear noises every now and then is all. I highly recommend living here
response from property -Thank you very much for sharing your review of Virginia Square Towers.
Gymsubmitted by Matthew B. - |Recommended: YesThe gym seems to be neglected. Dumbbell rack was broken for one month and two maintenance requests. Five out of six tredmills have been broken for over a week now.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback, we will work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Amazing Front Desk Staffsubmitted by Aaron M. - |Recommended: YesThe gym was what sold me but what will make me rent from Ditmar again is the front desk staff who go out of their way to help you. I thought it was just one or two exceptionally good people but the longer I stay here the more I realize that the entire team takes pride in what they do.
response from property -Thank you very much for sharing your review of Virginia Square Towers and thank you for choosing a Rent Dittmar community as your home.
We love our apartment at VST submitted by Amanda G. - |Recommended: YesMy boyfriend and I have really enjoyed our time here. You can hear people in the hallways, but you can't hear neighbors from nearby apartments, so the noise isn't too bad. The amenities are great, everything is kept clean and the front desk staff is awesome. They are all really nice. In hindsight, I would definitely choose to live here again.
