Second, even though there are students and young professionals in addition to older people, it is not a heavy party building. I was never bothered by anyone even when there were some small gatherings here and there.
Third, location and views are fantastic.
Finally, staff--from leasing to manager to front desk to custodial are all very nice and helpful.
I only left each time because of personal matters that required me to move out of Arlington area.
|Recommended: YesNot a bad place to live — Our first year at VST has been fairly good. No major issues and reasonable prices. Be aware that you may have trouble getting 2 parking spaces if you move into only a single bedroom unit. They only seem to give 2 parking spaces for 2 bedroom units.

|Recommended: YesNew to VST — I just moved in a little over a week ago and I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I am with my choice I came from a much older building with a different property management company and it has been a complete 180. The upkeep of the building, the amenities, and the staff are all well above par. You will not regret living here Can’t beat the location too.
