|Recommended: YesVST is a beautiful building It is clean and well maintained. The amenities are fabulous. The apartments are modern with energy-efficient appliances, huge windows, and great views. The area is rich with plenty of things to do if you want to stay close to home. Within walking distance are parks, the public library, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and so much more. What really makes a building a home are the people. At the front desk is Kate welcoming you home with a smile, and able to assist. Then there's Marilyn in leasing. Marilyn gave me my first tour of the building. I had decided I wanted to live here before the tour was completed. Last but not least, Lorna, the resident manager, running the ship with a smile, and will explain to you that your water bill is really supposed to be that low. No place is perfect, but VST is pretty close.

I commend their exceptional customer-service skills and their team-work I find them always with a welcoming smile and very cordial
I moved to VST from another state. Months before planning my move, I visited Arlington and scheduled apartment tours. I am a retiree and was specifically looking for an apartment building in a great location where I could see myself living for a long time. VST met all of my apartment must-haves…walk-in-shower, secure building, front-desk coverage 24 7, and assigned parking. The location of VST met my desires for a walkable neighborhood for groceries, drug store, library, restaurants, public transportation, and a short metro ride to Washington, DC to visit the many museums, etc.
If you are looking for a modern well-maintained building in a fantastic location with exceptional Management and Staff, look no further than Virginia Square Towers

Second, even though there are students and young professionals in addition to older people, it is not a heavy party building. I was never bothered by anyone even when there were some small gatherings here and there.
Third, location and views are fantastic.
Finally, staff--from leasing to manager to front desk to custodial are all very nice and helpful.
I only left each time because of personal matters that required me to move out of Arlington area.
