|Recommended: YesThe place to love living and staying — What can once say about the Virgiinia Square Tower Apartments: convenient location, close to anything one would ever need, beautiful surroundings, state of art gym, modern apartments with descent appliances, almost perfect place for one who loves living and working. Probably in this wonderful city there are many places like this. Maybe there are even better ones. But what Virginia Square Towers stands above all of them are its personnel. Beautiful inside out young professionals. Ms. Melanie, Ms. Amanda, Mr. Rony, and all others are so natural and helpful. We had looked many places and talked to maybe dozens of people who were trying only one thing just to sell apartment. But from the first step and first word we had with the girls in the lobby we understood that these are people first of all humans and then sales, parking, lobby personnel. We love living in Virginia Square Towers, our friends who visit us like it also. We hope our staying here does not cause any troubles to anyone but if we do unintentionally maky anybody unhappy we apologies.

|Recommended: YesIt is just Fantastic !!! — I moved to Virginia Square Towers North in October 2014. I can say my experience has been a GREAT one !!! The apartment is new, the space is well distributed, there are lots of spaces in the common areas, it is close to the metro, the staff is very professional and courteous, and in my case, I have a beautiful view of the sunrise, what makes each of my day different. I highly recommend VST to my friends !!! Mauricio

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment, Little Tweaks Needed — I love living here and think the place is great, but there are a few small tweaks that could be made. Guest parking overnight is a wonderful commodity. Currently all guests have to move their car between noon and three for an unknown reason. Since this place is in such a convenient location to travel using the metro, it would be amazing if we didn t have to move guest cars as long as they re paid for through that time.
The only other possible complaint I have is that the temperature in the apartment is not easily regulated, nor is it consistent. I have had my heat turned up to 74 on both thermostats and measured the temperature in five different places in the apartment to find them as low as 65 (after more than an hour of running the heat). I m not sure what the fix would be for this, but I don t want to waste energy trying to keep the place cool/warm.
A few pluses about this place: the concierges are wonderful, in particular, Ronnie, Gia, and Victor (who somehow seems to remember everyone s name and apartment number), I love the game and club rooms, the gym is great, and the grills are a fantastic feature.
|Recommended: YesReview — The place is great overall, but would appreciate the acknowledgement of other religions around the holidays. Hanukkah started a week ago and there is not one menorah downstairs, but the lobby has been set up for Christmas for quite a while.
|Recommended: YesI wouldn t want to call anywhere else home. — Clean, safe, friendly. Though you are paying a premium, every penny is worth it. The staff is personable and always smiling. Some of them even greet me by name. Great location near the metro. The only negative thing I would have to say is about the guest parking policy. Other than that, I have no complaints.
