|Recommended: YesI have been pleased at my stay here. Square Towers — The staff is friendly and professional. If I have any problem the maintenance staff is there within the next business day. The parking is pricey but you get your own designated spot in a well taken care of parking garage. The overall price of the apartment is also on the pricier side but you are in the middle of Arlington, 10 minutes away from DC and within walking distance of the metro, grocery store, CVS and almost anything you would need for basic necessities. I have enjoyed my time here and would recommend it.
|Recommended: YesGreat living — The location is unbeatable, the apartments is well distributed and the construction is good. You hear some noise in the hall but within the apartment we haven't had any problems. Amenities are well maintained but we haven't been able to take full advantage yet. Had some communication misshapes at the beginning but everything is sorted now and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

|Recommended: YesBest apartment — The staff is very friendly and the complex is constantly being cleaned. The gym is great -- have almost everything you might need for a workout so no need to have a separate gym membership. The amenities are great and for the little maintenance issues we have had they are fixed within 24 hours. Close walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants in Ballston Clarendon.
|Recommended: Yes3 months in, so far it seems nice. The ambiance around the lobby and cleanliness is amazing. The neighbors seem nice, no noise from neighbors, think wall. Great location for sure right by the Virginia sq metro. The weekend shift leasing and management staffs aren't as knowledgeable and push for visiting on the weekdays with questions. That's a problem for busy individuals, but they are friendly regardless. The front desk folks are very friendly.

This is our 5th day in the apartment and we are appreciative of the great customer service as well from the concierge staff, the VST Administrator, and the Leasing Manager. Thank you to all.
