As a resident, I can see the positive attitude and great customer service thru-out her entire team at VST, all thanks to her leadership. This is one of the biggest reasons why I am one of the first residents at VST since 2014 and still do not want to move from VST. I thoroughly enjoy living at VST and one of the biggest reasons for that is having Jennifer here as our Manager. Our building is managed very well and it showed even more during the lockdown times when our building and common areas were all kept very well cleaned and organized thru-out the day, all Thanks for Jennifer.
Thank you Jennifer for being the best Manager we have had at VST. We absolutely love you Please never leave us.

|Recommended: YesBest Place to Live — I've lived at Virginia Square Towers for almost two years now and have really enjoyed it. I've done a lot of shopping for apartments in the Arlington area and this has the best value.
The property manager and leasing agents are really sweet, professional, helpful, and friendly. They have a good sense of humor and always put up with me and accommodate my requests. I like that the front desk is 24 7, they have a security guard at night, and there's limited access to non-residents.
The pool, in-unit laundry machines, and parking were the three amenities I was looking for when I came across VST but I've also enjoyed the gaming rooms, gym, and its location- mainly to Starbucks, 7-Eleven, grocery stores and nightlife.
I will definitely keep recommending them to friends and co-workers in the area.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to call home — I enjoyed my time living in Virginia Square Towers, and my partner and I will miss it. We lived in the South Tower, and the view of the pool is very tranquil and nice. The quality of the cabinets and appliances are great. I was also impressed with the storage space and shelving in the closets. Management has been very helpful and accommodating about any of the requests we had. It was very clean in the building, including in the hallways and common areas, which was reassuring in light of COVID. It was a great experience living here.
|Recommended: YesVASquare Review — Everything looks great, and is in a great location walking distance to Clarendon, Ballston, the Metro and nightlife. Many of the amenities are off limits or with severely reduced access due to COVID-19, so not sure if the full value of your rent is able to be realized. More grills and maybe a roof deck would be welcome additions
