Maintenance It's easy to just submit a work order and someone comes by. We had a small AC issue where it wouldn't turn on. We submitted a work order and the gentleman came by the next morning. It's really reliable.
Property Staff They're really helpful, accommodating and friendly. If there's an issue or a question you need answered, they're ready to help or get help if they're unsure.
The noise issue was only due to having an apartment near the trash chute. You don't actually hear neighbors in between walls. Only if someone is walking in the hall and stomping or speaking really loudly. The trash chute is honestly my only complaint. However, that's your choice of selecting an apartment away or close to the trash chute. We complained about the issue and asked to move apartments - they happily obliged. It was an easy, quick process.
Overall, no complaints. Its a beautiful apartment complex and its a pleasure just walking into the building.

|Recommended: YesGreat modern building with top notch staff — Prior to moving in, Amina went above and beyond to assist with all lease and move-in related matters. She was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and a pleasure to deal with. She is a true asset to your organization. The front desk staff have all been very welcoming and willing to assist in any way possible. The apartment itself is great nice finishes, high quality appliances, and very comfortable. I've submitted one maintenance request and it was resolved quickly and with good coordination. The common areas are all extremely well-maintained. The parking facility is well-positioned and very convenient to use with direct elevator access. One suggestion I would make is to designate a few carts for the South Tower to move items from the parking garage to one’s apartment. Having to go to the North Tower to retrieve a cart each time is rather tedious. Perhaps a few carts could be secured in the South Tower garage or package room. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, I have not been able to take advantage of the building’s amenities, but look forward to doing so in the future. Overall, VST is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesSo far, so good — I have only lived here a couple weeks, but things are going well. The common areas and amenities are far above average, I just wish we could have two parking spots as opposed to tandem parking. The staff is very friendly and accommodating Wonderful location.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment in a great location. — These apartments are a great place to live in. It is in a great location in Arlington. Most places are walkable. The building itself is very up to date with appliances, and overall building appearance. All the amenities include in the apartment really make the price of living in VST very reasonable.

It is never noisy and the common areas around the building are always clean. The staff is super friendly as well. Just moved to the area and very pleased with my experience here so far Would highly recommend to a friend
